Taxes on imported goods -
Please note the prices the prices are without taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges to the price of your order. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. the subtotal of your items + the shipping cost.
When you prefer to place an order from our overseas warehouse, anything you buy from us is going to be imported into your country and, in some cases, may be subject to customs or import duties on delivery. Buyers are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. We do not have any control over the imposition of these customs or import duties and cannot predict what (if any) duties there will be.
If customs or import duties are levied, you (the buyer) are responsible for paying them to receive your package. Because customs policies vary widely from country to country, if you have concerns about the potential that you will face customs or import duties, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier.
We are required to write the full purchase price on all customs forms. If you believe we could help you minimize import taxes/duties due to any special status of your company in your country (e.g educational, charity etc), contact us to make a request and we will do what we can to assist you. However, as the buyer you are still responsible for import taxes/duties, and we cannot promise that you won't be charged on receipt.
Payment, delivery -
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses with a valid postcode.
All items are dispatched using Royal Mail delivery service, unless otherwise mentioned.
IMP NOTE - Please mention your correct delivery address while making payment.
If you enter the wrong/incomplete address, we will NOT be liable for any subsequent loss of the items.
Address changes after making payment will NOT be considered.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs for any item that is returned as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused.

P&P charges -
These include transaction, advertising, distribution, delivery charges, packing, handling related costs and not just the cost of postage.

Delivery time -
For orders sent from Jersey to UK -
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive
For items in stock, delivery time - 3 to 5 working days, all though in some rare cases delivery can take up to 7 days.
If your order has not arrived within 7 days after making payment please contact us.
Orders placed before 1.00 PM are usually dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed during bank holidays may take longer to receive.
For orders sent from factory (international delivery) -
Delivery time varies depending upon service chosen from 3- 30 days.
Lost orders
For domestic orders - If your order has not arrived within 7 days after making payment please contact us.
If an item is not traced a replacement will be dispatched.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be provided.
If a customer experiences repeated problems with losses and non-delivery 123discountshop.com reserves the right to suspend the account and decline further orders to that customer.
123discountshop.com reserves the right to refuse to replace lost items or issue a refund if the delivery details are incorrect or incomplete.
Email support
We try to reply all queries within few hours of receiving it. Sometimes it may take up to 48 hours.
For any urgent queries - you can call us on 01212 869 365 (8Am-2PM Monday to Friday).
Being business seller, queries received on late Friday or over weekend/bank holiday might take more time.
If you appear not to have received any emails from us, please check your Spam/Junk/Bulk email folder.
Certain email management providers may filter out our emails from showing in your Inbox.

Our returns policy
We offer a straightforward refund or replacement policy in the unlikely event there is a problem with your product.
Although all items dispatched will be securely packaged, unfortunately if you receive damaged items, please contact within 24 hrs of receiving the item.
We are happy to replace or refund faulty goods and aim to resolve issues quickly and to your satisfaction.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date of receipt. However, returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Postage charges cannot be returned and returning postage charges should be borne by the purchaser Returned goods Must be in Perfect Unopened Condition.
In the unlikely event you need to return an item, please email us for details. Please note that we cannot accept returns that have not been authorised.
We can not accept returns without any previous communication with the buyer.
Full refund can be done only within 14 days of purchase.
After 14 days, if the item is covered under replacement/repair warranty, buyer has to bare one way postage costs.
Repair/replacement would be done as soon as possible, but may take 14 days depending upon the stock availability.
On some items, we give extra warranty at no extra costs.
Only hardware/technical faults are covered under the warranty. (eg Screen/scratch damages are not covered under Repair/replacement warranty)
The maximum refund will be price paid + first class postage costs.

Deliveries
We aim to arrange shipping of all 'in stock' items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. We are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
Please note: Same day shipping will only occur if your order is placed on working day before noon and we have all your ordered items in stock at our warehouse.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages if you have given incorrect or incomplete address details at the time of placing your order .
Delivery charges
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible.

How we deliver
We use the Royal Mail unless stated otherwise.
Delivery times

Right to cancel
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by contacting us quoting your name, address and order reference number.

The return of goods
This section applicable only when your order is handled by 123Discountshop and not by third party websites.
It is the customer's responsibility for the safe return of all goods. All items must be returned as they were received with their original packaging and full contents included, along with original documentation and proof of purchase. Items returned in a less than pristine condition and/or with damaged or missing packaging will incur charges to cover the cost of the items. These charges will be pursued by 123discountshop.com.
Where a refund is sought for non faulty items we reserve the right to charge the initial cost of delivery. We will not charge for the initial costs of delivery where the product supplied was not of satisfactory quality.
Refunds will not be given if 123discountshop.com judge that the product has been willfully damaged, misused, neglected, overloaded, modified, adapted or repaired.
Where goods become faulty within the first 7 days and qualify for an exchange, the faulty items must be returned to us, with the original packaging, within 28 days of the date of Invoice. Items returned as faulty and subsequently found to be subject to customer damage will incur charges. These charges will be pursued by 123discountshop.com.
Should the return be because of a change of mind the customer will be responsible for all return postage costs. Items must be returned within the first 7 days also.
We will only refund postage or supply a prepaid packet for faulty items that are returned to us within the first 7 days.
Your legal rights as a consumer
These terms and conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights, which cannot be excluded or restricted at law.
